Permanent role with Hampshire County Council as the software development manager; promoted from senior developer in the Sitecore web team.  Lead multiple scrum teams including developers, testers and BA’s using Sitecore MVC & C# in a DevOps / agile environment using GIT and Azure DevOps.  Teams deliver a huge range of online services for the members of the public, suppliers and internal staff using a range of technologies.  Responsible for leading the team’s technical approach for the project requirements, estimates, sizing, line management, security, and application lifecycle management. Promoting DevOps by working closely with enterprise architects, Sys-Inf, networks and security teams to help glue processes together and streamline time to delivery.
